As many of you can see, I have been away from the blog for some time. Once again, I am attempting to use this blog as an outlet for my passion and drive in life. Previously, I was using much of the site as a means to market my business; this will continue but with greater emphasis on finding my way in the world of food. Some of my closest friends know that I am all over the board with ideas, and many of them seem to fall short of their expected target. I have tested my luck with bread baking, a mobile pizza oven, small-scale farming, and farm dinners. But, one thing that I have learned over the past few years is that, as a person, I am deeply rooted to food. In an attempt to find who I am in the world of food, I plan to use this blog as an outlet to express my ups and downs throughout my journey.
